Walter is a Member of the firm’s tax service group and has over 35 years of experience in public accounting. His experience includes providing tax consulting and compliance services to individuals and privately held companies in the retail, wholesale, professional services, manufacturing and oil & gas industries. Walter consults with clients on various tax matters, including transaction planning, compliance issues, tax incentives, nexus issues and mergers and acquisitions due diligence. He also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and various state taxing authorities on disputed tax issues.
