Todd HindsmanCPA

Todd Hindsman, CPA, joined the firm in 1991 and serves as BMSS’s Chief Operating Officer and Managing Member of the Gadsden office. With decades of experience in public accounting, he works with individuals, families, small businesses, governments, and nonprofit organizations on complex accounting, auditing, tax, and advisory matters.

Todd has specialized experience in estate planning and administration, planned giving for families and charitable organizations, and trust tax compliance. He helps clients navigate important financial and tax considerations with a practical, attentive approach, ensuring they receive the care and guidance needed to make informed decisions.

Known for being hard-working, focused, and committed to lifelong learning, Todd continually seeks out resources and insight that allow him to better serve both his clients and the firm. He is also actively involved in the Etowah County community, having served in several civic, charitable, and board leadership roles.

Todd lives in Southside with his wife, Traci. Together, they have three children and six grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and traveling to the beach.
