Taylor DeCelle

Taylor DeCelle joined BMSS’s Birmingham office in 2026 as an AI Advisory Consultant in the firm’s Business Advisory practice, where he works with companies across industries on AI strategy and roadmapping, tool and vendor evaluation, and custom solution development. He oversees AI pilots from launch through implementation and leads the workforce enablement and change management clients need to put new tools to work.

Taylor came to BMSS after six years in IT project management at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, where he led technology projects across the organization before his work shifted fully into AI implementation in 2025. He is known for bridging strategy, IT, and people, staying candid about the limitations of today’s tools, grounding his recommendations in data and real-world experience, and helping organizations move past AI hype to find opportunities that actually create value. Colleagues describe him as curious and always learning, someone who stays on the front edge of a fast-moving field.

Taylor lives in Hoover, Alabama, with his wife, Anna, their twin daughters, and the family’s golden retriever. Outside of work, he’s an avid golfer and dedicated Auburn sports fan who enjoys the outdoors around the Birmingham area and spending time with family and friends.
