Steven EildersCPA

Steven Eilders, CPA, is a Manager in BMSS’s Ridgeland office and has been with the firm since 2018. He specializes in audit and review engagements for clients in the oil and gas, financial institution, dealership, manufacturing, municipal, and governmental sectors.

In 2025, Steven was named the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants’ Rising Star, an honor recognizing his leadership, service to the profession, and commitment to his community. He is actively involved with the MSCPA, serving on the Board of Governors and as President of the MSCPA Central Chapter. He also serves as President of the Petroleum Accountants Society of Mississippi, as well as nationally through the AICPA Foundation Scholarship Committee and the AICPA Emerging Professionals Initiatives Committee. Steven was one of only 30 CPAs selected for the AICPA Leadership Academy’s 16th graduating class.

Steven earned both his Bachelor and Master of Accountancy degrees from Mississippi State University, where he frequently returns to teach and recruit students to the accounting profession. A third-generation CPA, he followed his grandmother and father into the profession.

Born and raised in Ridgeland, Mississippi, Steven enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with his dog, Lulu. He is currently a member of St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church.
