Rebecca Tipton, SHRM-SCP, is the HR Services Manager for BMSS’s HR Advisory Services division in the Huntsville office. With more than 13 years of experience in HR management and talent acquisition, Rebecca helps organizations manage HR responsibilities, maintain compliance with employment regulations and strengthen their people strategy.

For the past six years, Rebecca has focused on HR consulting, working with organizations of various sizes across industries including nonprofit, healthcare, government contracting, construction, education and manufacturing. Known as a strategic thinker, relationship builder and trusted advisor, she partners with business leaders to support organizational success through people-focused solutions that strengthen employee engagement, retention and team alignment.

Rebecca is active in the Huntsville community, serving as Treasurer for the National Defense Industrial Association Tennessee Valley Chapter and Membership Co-Chair for the Huntsville Association of Small Businesses in Advanced Technology. She is designated as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management and graduated summa cum laude from Athens State University with a degree in Business Management and a concentration in Human Resources.
