Maura McDevittCPA, MBA, CNAP, CGMA

Maura McDevitt is a Member in BMSS’s Ridgeland office with more than 30 years of combined public and corporate accounting experience. She provides audit, assurance, and advisory services to privately held businesses, nonprofit organizations, and financial institutions. Her industry experience includes construction, credit unions, manufacturing and distribution, oil and gas, professional services, consumer business, and technology and software.

Clients turn to Maura for her deep technical knowledge and experience in budgeting, forecasting, analytical review, and financial statement preparation. She works with nonprofits and churches on audits, reviews, and compilations, helps organizations address incomplete or disorganized accounting records, and provides financial statement and Supervisory Committee audits for credit unions. Maura also advises construction businesses on the financial reporting requirements associated with obtaining or renewing a Mississippi contractor’s license.

Away from work, Maura and her husband, Jeff, are members of St. Paul Catholic Church in Flowood, Mississippi. She enjoys spending time with her two married daughters and three granddaughters.
