Jon HallCPA

Jonathan Hall, CPA, is a member at BMSS Advisors & CPAs, a Top 70 CPA firm, where he leads the advisory practice out of the firm’s Huntsville office.

With more than 30 years of experience spanning public accounting, private industry, and firm leadership, Jonathan has built his career around helping businesses grow, stay compliant, and make smarter decisions. He founded his own accounting practice in 2005 after earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and his Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and after serving as a chief financial officer in industry. That firm merged with BMSS in 2018, and Jonathan now serves on the firm’s Steering Committee while overseeing the advisory practice.

He specializes in government contract accounting and is one of the region’s leading advisors on DCAA compliance, FAR compliance, rate structure development, business formation, and mergers and acquisitions. His clients include defense contractors and government-related businesses throughout the Huntsville and Redstone Arsenal corridor.

Jonathan resides in the Huntsville area with his wife, Tricia, and their three daughters.
