Jason Harkins started Payroll & Benefit Solutions (PBS) in March of 2005 as its Managing Member. Jason’s primary responsibilities include operations management, business development and client relationship management. Prior to joining PBS, Jason worked with Compass Bank for eight years in their Commercial Lending and Auditing areas and also in the healthcare industry holding various positions in mergers & acquisitions, finance and operations areas.

Jason and his wife, Nikki, have two children, Taylor and Colee. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting. Jason is an active member of Mountain Brook Baptist Church and enjoys playing golf and coaching his daughters in sports.  He was recognized as a finalist in the Birmingham Business Journal’s “CEO of the Year” awards in 2012 and is a member of the Birmingham Venture Club.
