Charles R. ByramCPA

Charles Byram, CPA, joined BMSS’s Ridgeland tax department in 2008 after spending 15 years with an international accounting firm and five years in industry. He provides tax compliance and consulting services to individuals, corporations, pass-through entities, and nonprofit organizations.

Charles has extensive experience advising on acquisition planning, transaction structuring, multi-state operations, and complex tax research. He also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and various state tax authorities, helping them address tax notices, examinations, and other compliance matters.

A member of the Madison community for more than 30 years, Charles enjoys attending LSU sporting events and spending time with his two daughters and three grandchildren.
