Brad BrownCPA

Brad Brown, CPA, is a Member in BMSS’s Riverchase office in Birmingham, where he provides tax and consulting services to closely held businesses. Since joining BMSS in 2014, Brad has advised clients across the consumer business, manufacturing and distribution, private equity and venture capital, professional services, real estate, and technology and software industries. His experience includes entity structuring, business consulting, tax compliance, and proactive tax planning.

Known for his diligence and attention to detail, Brad enjoys helping business owners address complex tax considerations and make informed decisions that support their long-term goals.
