BMSS Invoicing and Using Aiwyn

How to add a payment method in Aiwyn:

1. Log in to the Aiwyn payment portal.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Under Saved Payment Methods, select + Add Payment Method
4. Choose the payment type, such as bank account/ACH* or credit card.
5. Enter the required payment details.
6. Save the payment method.
7. If prompted, confirm or verify the payment method before using it for AutoPay or recurring payments.

*To enter ACH with account & routing #s (rather than connecting through your bank) scroll down a bit and select Enter bank details manually.

How to set up a recurring payment in Aiwyn:

1. Log in to the Aiwyn payment portal with your username and password.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Under Recurring Payments, select + New Recurring Payment.
4. Enter a name for the recurring payment.
5. Choose the client account from the Account dropdown.
6. Enter the payment amount.
7. Select the payment frequency — weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, every three months, or yearly.
8. Choose the start date and end date. If you want the final payment to occur on a specific date, set the end date to the day after that payment date.
9. Select a saved payment method or add one if prompted.
10. Enter the email address(es) that should receive payment receipts.
11. Review and save/submit the recurring payment plan.

How to set up an AutoPay in Aiwyn:

1. Log in to the Aiwyn payment portal with your username and password.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Under AutoPay, select Set up AutoPay.
4. Choose the Monthly Payment Day in which you prefer.
   1. Enter a maximum payment amount or leave blank if you wish to have AutoPay pay your full balance each month.
5. Choose an existing saved payment method or click “New Payment Method” and fill in the details.
6. Add any additional email addresses for those who should receive notifications and receipts.

A few important notes:

• A portal user account and a saved payment method are required in order to setup a Recurring Payment or AutoPay
•  An AutoPay and a Recurring Payment cannot be set up at the same time for the same client account. 
• Payments occur at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time
• Credit cards have a 3% surcharge.  All other forms of payment do not have additional fees.
