Phillip RiversCPA

Phillip Rivers is a Member in BMSS’s Mobile office with more than 26 years of accounting experience. He serves clients throughout Mobile and Baldwin County and works with businesses across a range of industries, including healthcare, governmental services, manufacturing, construction, and transportation.

Phillip advises clients on complex accounting, tax, and audit matters, with additional experience in internal control reviews, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions. He joined BMSS in 2025 after spending 12 years with another Alabama-based accounting firm and more than 11 years with a Big Four firm. Clients value his ability to address technical issues, evaluate financial and operational risks, and provide practical guidance during periods of growth, transition, and change.

Phillip lives in Spanish Fort with his wife and their three children.
