Walter LeeCPA

Walter Lee, CPA, is a Member in BMSS’s tax service group in the Ridgeland, Mississippi office. With more than 35 years of public accounting experience, he provides tax consulting and compliance services to individuals and privately held businesses across the retail, wholesale, professional services, manufacturing and distribution, and oil and gas industries.

Walter advises clients on a broad range of federal, state, and local tax matters, including transaction planning, tax compliance, tax incentives, nexus considerations, and merger and acquisition due diligence. He also represents clients before the IRS and state taxing authorities in connection with tax disputes and other complex tax matters. Walter is known for providing practical, responsive guidance tailored to each client’s business and long-term goals.
