Wendy LaceyCPA

Wendy joined BMSS in 2023 and serves as a Member in our tax department. She has over 30 years of experience in public accounting, 11 of which served as a partner for another Alabama-based firm. Her primary focus is on State and Local Tax (SALT) and tax planning strategies for large, multi-state businesses. Wendy is known for providing her clients with an excellent client experience.

Wendy lives in Birmingham with her husband, David. Together they have three adult children: Will, Isabell, and Walker. Her favorite thing about Birmingham is that it has a small-town feel with big-city opportunities.
