Laura Watkins

Laura joined BMSS in 2017 and serves as the firm’s Director of Audience Development. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans throughout the firm’s Alabama footprint. She is also responsible for nurturing current clients while providing insight and assistance in developing new client relationships via public relations, marketing, business development efforts, event planning and thought leadership.

With almost 15 years of experience in marketing, Laura has worked for the Olympic and Paralympic Training Site Lakeshore Foundation and, most recently, at another local accounting firm.

Growing up in Mobile, Laura now calls Birmingham home with her husband, Mitch and their two children. When not at work, she loves spending time with family and friends, running, reading, cooking and decorating then redecorating her home.
