SBA Releases Long-Awaited PPP Forgiveness Application Form

On Friday, May 15 the Small Business Administration (SBA) released the long-awaited PPP Forgiveness Application Form. This application created a number of new safe harbors and changes that were not in the original CARES Act or any of the previously released guidance. The BMSS Paycheck Protection Program team is digesting this new information and will provide updates soon. In the meantime, here is the form that the SBA issued.
