BMSS Named to INSIDE Public Accounting Top 200 Firms

Each year the publishers of INSIDE Public Accounting (IPA) release their annual financial performance analysis and ranking of the nation’s 400 largest public accounting firms. At number 159, BMSS was included once again in the Top 200 Public Accounting Firms list. With nearly 10 percent growth in 2018, BMSS moved up 13 spots from last year’s 172nd ranking.

“As the accounting industry has evolved, we as a firm have also grown in our ability to serve our clients. Yes, we continue to serve them as their CPA, but we are also oftentimes their trusted advisor guiding many aspects of their business as well as their personal well-being. We believe that this transition in our focus is one of the main contributors of our firm’s steady growth,” said BMSS Managing Partner Don Murphy.

Now in its 29th year, the IPA 200 ranks firms from number 101 at $39 million to number 200 at $19.2 million.
