Mike joined the firm in 1989 and is an auditor and member of the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit team. With over thirty-eight years of experience in public accounting, Mike manages audits and related services for clients in various industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, wholesale, professional services, dealerships and nonprofit organizations. He also performs peer review services under the Peer Review Program of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

A member of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants, Mike has served as the president of the Central Chapter and served on the Board of Governors. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Petroleum Accounting Society of Mississippi.

On a personal note, Mike and his wife, Aleen, have two married daughters, a married son, a teenage daughter, and six grandchildren. He enjoys writing, ministry and attending Ole Miss sporting events with his family. Mike is an elder and teaches a senior adult LifeGroup class at Colonial Heights Baptist Church in Ridgeland, Mississippi. He is also a team member on mission projects locally, nationwide and abroad. In the past, Mike served as a coach and commissioner in the Madison Ridgeland Youth Club and on its Baseball board. Additionally, he is a board member of the Faith InDeed Foundation in Madison, Mississippi.
