Mike joined the firm in 1989 and is an auditor and member of the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit team. With over thirty-eight years of experience in public accounting, Mike manages audits and related services for clients in various industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, wholesale, professional services, dealerships and nonprofit organizations. He also performs peer review services under the Peer Review Program of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

A member of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants, Mike has served as the president of the Central Chapter and served on the Board of Governors. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Petroleum Accounting Society of Mississippi.

On a personal note, Mike and his wife, Aleen, have two married daughters, a married son, a teenage daughter, and seven grandchildren. He enjoys writing, ministry and attending Ole Miss sporting events with his family. Mike is an elder and works with the Hispanic ministry and ESL program at Colonial Heights Baptist Church in Ridgeland, Mississippi. He is also a team member on mission projects locally, nationwide and abroad. In the past, Mike served as a coach and commissioner in the Madison Ridgeland Youth Club and on its Baseball board. Additionally, he is a board member of the Faith InDeed Foundation in Madison, Mississippi.
