As a tax principal with the firm, Kirk is responsible for the management of engagements including planning, scheduling and supervision of tax return preparation, as well as coordination of tax consulting projects. Prior to joining the firm, he was a tax manager for American Express Tax and Business Services, where he worked for fifteen years.

Kirk is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Madison County and the 2017 Convergence Coaching Leadership Development Program. He and his family are active members of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Madison, where he is actively involved on the board for the St. Joseph Germanfest.
