Caleb Boyd

Caleb joined the Birmingham team in 2019 to assist with the IT department help desk function. His duties include answering support tickets, setting up workstations and traveling to other offices for onsite assistance. In addition, he assists with troubleshooting software and network issues and helps BMSS employees stay up and running so they can continue to provide accounting services for their clients.

Described as hardworking and reliable, Caleb’s favorite quote is “Try and fail, but never fail to try.” He believes that it’s all about effort, whether hard or easy. Whether it’s internal or external customers, Caleb’s philosophy is to provide true service which is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment.

Growing up on a farm with eight amazing siblings, two God-fearing parents and a dog, Caleb lives in Ashville where he loves how quiet and peaceful it is. When he’s not at work, he loves to go hiking, play sports, enjoy music and read.
