In Founders Advisors’ COVID-19 INSIGHTS report for July 24, there are some interesting and encouraging trends developing to include much higher testing with % positive cases declining along with % death rates decreasing. The biggest news is the evidence of t-cell herd immunity and the most relevant case study of Sweden, which took a much more aggressive approach to COVID-19.

Yesterday, President Trump asserted that he would leave the reopening of the economy up to each individual state. This morning, Lt. Governor Will Ainsworth held a press conference to announce Phase One of the “Reopen Alabama Responsibly” plan that was created by the Alabama Small Business Commission Emergency Task Force. This plan was created in an effort to safely reopen businesses, restore commerce and recharge Alabama’s economy while protecting public health.
