Congress Passes “Tax Cuts and Jobs Act”

Both Houses of Congress passed the “Tax Cuts and Jobs Act” (TCJA) today. President Trump has said he will sign the bill into law. The Act provides the most comprehensive update to the tax code since 1986 and includes a number of provisions that may be of interest to you.
